About Delaware State

Delaware State is located in the Mid-Atlantic region. It is the second smallest state by land area, but has a relatively high population density. The state is bordered by Maryland to the south and west, Pennsylvania to the north, and New Jersey to the northeast. The capital of Delaware is Dover and its largest city is Wilmington. The estimated population is approximately 990,334 people.

Delaware was one of the original thirteen colonies and played an important role in the American Revolution. It was the first state to ratify the United States Constitution, and is often referred to as "The First State" as a result.

Delaware is home to several Fortune 500 companies, including DuPont, AstraZeneca, and DowDuPont. It is also known for its beaches and coastal towns, particularly Rehoboth Beach and is home to several museums, including the Delaware Art Museum and the Winterthur Museum, Garden and Library.
